I reminded him that HE told me my nails were dry I didn't leave until he said it was ok. But as soon as I got in my car they smudged! I went back in to show him and he began to address me from across the salon! Telling me that it was MY fault for getting up only 15 minutes under the dryer and that it's a known fact that if you leave you cant do too much if you don't stay the entire drying time.
A couple minutes later he "checks" my nails and tells me they are all dry and I am ok to go. NOT ONCE did he offer to discount my bill after the horrible service or offer anything for my next visit. As if I was coming back! He also let me know he was going to have a talk with her. He told me that it actually isn't an issue to get the color I wanted and that the next time I come he will make sure Kathy doesn't do my nails anymore. At this point, I was frustrated and asked for the manager and he wasn't any better than his employee Kathy. I pointed out that she left one nail crooked and she gave me an attitude about correcting it. Then the woman (Kathy) doing my nails proceded to treat me very rude the ENTIRE ti.me. When I came in they told me and my little sister to pick a color for our pedicure but once we sat down they told us that the regular polish in the set is only for customers who are getting gel manicures but the White lady next to me was able to get the regular polish with no problem. He also had his customer join our conversation and they both began to badger me on how it was my fault!! I will NEVER go back there and I do NOT recommend anyone who is reading this spend their money there either because they do NOT value good paying customers and they are extremely racist !!! He then proceeded to try to upsell me for another manicure and make ME pay for his mistake after I had already spent over $100 dollars.
